Welcome Spring!
Can you find Spring? Is it hiding behind the rocks or up in a tree? Could be!
Let's hike through the woods and use our senses to find Spring! After our interactive walk you will have a chance to decorate your own flower pot and plant some seeds.
Read Aloud Story: Lola Plants a Garden by Anna McQuinn
Program will start at the southern end of the Van Cortlandt Golf House at 10am. Enter the park at Van Cortlandt Park South and Bailey Avenue.
- Easy hike include a hands-on activity and goody bags for all participants (even parents!).
- Tickets must be purchased for everyone participating.
- Please select the appropriate ticket so we can prepare your goody bags!
- Space is limited, so register soon.
VCPA will hold Family Fun Hike Rain or Shine! In the event of heavy downpours or thunderstorms, we will cancel and refund tickets.
Tickets canceled with less than 48 hour notice will not be refunded.
