Christmas Xtravaganza A charity non for profit event
Event Details
Weve decided to make this a two day event so everyone has the option to participate. Two floors of entertainment vending music and food. Join in on our Ugly sweater contest. Masks and temperature checks at the door. Indoor with ventilation areas.
Charity: Toys for Tots. Donations can be dropped off at the venue.
Toys must be new in a box or used In good condition in a box.
NycArtsCypher is a non-profit organization for children, young artists entrepreneurs. Dont be a Bully Program
All charities go to the organization.
Dates are as follows;
December 11-12 2021
Saturday and Sunday
From 1-6pm both days
Activities;
Raffles - $2 / $5 / $10
Games for Kids
Pictures with Santa
Performances scheduled at 2pm Dec 12
All children holiday dancers
Storyteller are scheduled for one hour Dec 11 and 12 at 3pm
Face painting
Gift Wrapping Station
Shopping from our vendors and more...

Second prize - $50 Gift Card TBD
Outdoors available for recreation
First floor will be for performances and children's activities
Our food vendor will serve hot plates for purchase In the first floor thru our kitchen window. Spanish food from our own Amira's Cafe and Bistro. Special made cuisine for the holidays served with love. Menu will be updated soon.

Second floor will be reserved for our unique holiday vendors and small business owners. Pictures with Santa. Gift wrapping Station.
These two amazing women in business will be featured and you can come and check out their goods at the event. Help support our small business owners and Entrepreneurs.
Lets continue to support our youth and help our community strive by your donations to these organizations. This is a family oriented holiday community event.
