The event will be headlined by Flea of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, performing with percussionist Mauro Refosco and other musical guests to be announced.

Flea also co-founded the Silverlake Conservatory of Music, which is dedicated to bringing musical instruction to children in the Los Angeles area.

The ticket price includes food catered by NightKitchen, along with wine, beer, and special cocktails.

The evening will also feature comedy by Ophira Eisenberg, a standup comedian, writer, and the host of the new comedy podcast Parenting Is A Joke with iHeart Radio and Pretty Good Friends.

Her memoir, Screw Everyone: Sleeping My Way to Monogamy was optioned for a television series, and her new comedy special Plant-Based Jokes is streaming on YouTube.
