Habitat for Humanity of Greater Newark is excited to announce our first-ever “Salute to Our Veterans" 5K Run to be held at Liberty State Park in Jersey City, NJ, on November 12, 2022.
Evictions are spiking and access to affordable housing is scarce. New Jersey's veteran families are vulnerable.
Salute to Our Veterans 5k proceeds will directly benefit Habitat of Greater Newark's Veterans Initiative, helping veterans in Essex, Hudson, and Union counties who are at risk of homelessness or living in substandard housing due to financial distress
