riding the wave of new french disco, parisian sensation l'imperatrice are taking their scintillating electro pop on a world tour. releasing a slew of eps and singles since 2012, their sound draws from '70s space pop to ‘90s synth-pop, and has garnered them a dedicated sect of disco dancers across europe. now with their long-awaited debut album 'matahari’ set to drop internationally on April 5th, the six-piece are taking over the elsewhere on 5/20 after selling out their first show on 5/16.
