Good News! Spread the Word! The Annual Co-op City Community Fair and Caribbean American Heritage Month Celebration will be held on the Section 1 Greenway on Saturday, June 1, 2019 from 12 noon to 6:00 PM.
Event Details
Last year, we had 200 vendors and over 5,000 people, this year we expect over 250 vendors and over 6,000 people.
If you would like to be a vendor this year, please fill out the online application and submit your payment.
Each ticket represents a space (10' x 10'). If you require two spaces then select two tickets accordingly. Hope to you see you there!
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
TABLES, CHAIRS AND TENTS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED.
Vendors must provide their own. No exceptions.
Electricity is not available.
Water is not available.
Permits must be visible at all times as proof of payment and proof of space.
You will be removed from any space not designated to you.
Food vendors are requested to wear gloves while handling food.
Unauthorized vehicles must be off the grounds promptly at 11:30AM or towed at owner’s expense.
ALL DEBRIS (BOXES, FOIL, CONTAINERS, ETC.) MUST BE DISPOSED OF.
Anyone using open flames must have fire extinguishers available at all times.
No refunds due to forces of nature (i.e. wind etc.)
No refunds due to dislike for space or neighboring vendor.
No refunds for no-shows.
All permits, licenses and insurance are the sole responsibility of the vendor.
In order to complete your registration, an application will be emailed to you requiring your signature. The signed application must then be returned to:
