A 20-minute free ferry ride from Lower Manhattan, St. George is set to become New York City's next great destination. Joining, some of the City's most storied landmarks, the area is set to become home to:

New York Wheel: the world's largest observation wheel at 630 feet above New York Harbor. Featuring a 38-minute ride in one of its 36 capsules. A 5-acre green roof and outdoor beer garden offer experiences for all ages and interests. Opening Spring 2018.

Empire Outlets: NYC's first and only outlet shopping center with nearly 100 shops including Niketown, Nordstrom Rack, Banana Republic , Dennis Basso, Victoria Secret and more. More than 60 dining concepts and a 190-room boutique hotel will offer unparalleled views of New York City. Opening late 2017.

Lighthouse Point, the neighborhood's waterfront esplanade featuring bistros and cafes, the National Lighthouse Museum, and local craft shops will be built into a row of St. George’s restored historic buildings.

Lighthouse Point will also become home to a Westin hotel featuring a rooftop lounge and meeting space. The complex will also be home to as well as commercial and residential space.
