St. Mark's United Methodist Church - Brooklyn New York St. Mark's United Methodist Church is a Christian Community, located in the commercial district of Flatbush, in Brooklyn, New York, dedicated to the teaching of Jesus Christ. Everyone is welcome to join the fellowship and to become members by accepting the Lord Jesus Christ and working for the glory of God. The Flatbush communities have traditionally had diverse populations. Today it is known for having a large and vibrant Caribbean community. The Flatbush section of Brooklyn also contains the largest concentration of lavish, sprawling Victorian homes in the United States. This area is known as Victorian Flatbush. We are a multicultural, multi-ethnic, multi-national congregation incorporating all ages. We serve our members and community by preaching, teaching, reaching out, nurturing and developing community programs. We do these because we are commissioned by God to serve. ALL ARE WELCOME!!
