At PFF our goal is not to have random workouts that are going to run you down to the ground. It is designed to progress you at the correct pace for you as an individual in a group setting. We pay strict attention to detail on form and how we program every single workout. We focus on Stability and Mobility Exercises, Dynamic Stretching, Interval Training, Strength Training and Cardiovascular Conditioning.
