Salsa Con Fuego, located at 2297 Cedar Avenue, Bronx, NY 10468, is a new, innovative Latino concept inspired by a tradition that embraces the love of family, food, music and social entertainment. In Addition to great food and entertainment, Salsa Con Fuego will feature “The Salsa Music Gallery” exhibiting countless golden era legendaries of Salsa Music and FANIA All-Stars such as Celia Cruz, Willie Colon, Ray Barretto, Machito, Tito Puente, La Lupe, Mark Anthony, Daniel Santos, Hector La Voz, and Ruben Blades, just to name a few. “The Salsa Music Gallery” is inspired by popular scholarly writings about what came to be known as “salsa”, a musical phenomenon birthed in the South Bronx during the late 1960s – also know as “Our Latin Thing”. Salsa Con Fuego is passionately committed to creating a restaurant theme that values the human experience depended in large measure on traditions and memories. Salsa Con Fuego promises to provide a venue with the ability to restore history and anchor cultural traditions; that brings sound economic, social, and cultural vitality back to the Bronx.
