We only use meat from naturally raised animals and we buy our fruit and produce from local organic farmers, whenever possible, to provide you with the freshest and most delicious ingredients. A lot of our cuisine is built upon simple, clean dishes like the grilled baby octopus salad and whole roasted seabass.
