2022 UPDATE: Welcome back to Craft Night! We're still keeping it extra safe at Resistor, so we're requiring N95 or KN95 masks and proof of a COVID vaccination booster shot, in addition to our requirements from last year. See you soon!

NYC Resistor is open to the vaccinated public for Craft Nights every Monday and Thursday from 6:30-9:30 PM! Come bring your current crafting project and work on it with other artists, crafters, and makers of all kinds. Resistors do everything from costumes to electronics to visual arts to woodworking; people and crafting projects of all sorts are enthusiastically welcome. We are a proactively inclusive space, and prioritize creating opportunities for the whole community to engage with our events, across all identities of race, creed, ethnicity, age, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, physical appearance, and ability; please read our Code of Conduct to familiarize yourself with our community's values before attending.

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, N95/KN95 MASKS, RSVP AND PROOF OF COVID VACCINATION + BOOSTER ARE ALL FIRMLY REQUIRED. All attendees must present photo ID and one of the following:

vaccine verification by successful scan in with the Excelsior Pass [https://covid19vaccine.health.ny.gov/excelsior-pass]
CDC card showing you completed your final vaccine dose at least two weeks ago.
A photo of your completely filled out CDC card.
We're keen to see you, but these requirements are firmly enforced - if you can't produce your CDC card and can't scan in with the app, come back when you can. Masks are also mandatory in the space, with the sole exception of hydration breaks - please eat dinner before you come.

Also: first Monday of every month is Crochet & Knitting Circle Night! Textile arts are always enthusiastically welcome every Craft Night, but a few of us make a point of get together on first Mondays. See you there!
