It is absolutely breathtaking to participate on the bay with Mindfulness tools while experiencing the elements at the same time (sun, air, water, earth). I offer unique experiences to each tour by implementing music, dance, and many other fun tools to unlock your Inner G!
Upon boarding vessel, attendees will be greeted with a health drink and/or fresh fruit. They will be given an introduction and a tour of the boat along with safety precautions. Everyone will then engage in creating their own DIY infusion water with intention. We will all transition to the outside to begin a Movement Meditation followed by our Breathwork session. It will be broken into 3 mini sessions: Breath Awareness, Conscious Breathing, and the 3rd will be varying active breathing techniques for specific release (anxiety, trauma, etc..) to be determined at the time of the sail. There will be a break before the 3rd session and meditation immediately to follow the 3rd session. Rest, reflection, and journaling will end this experience.
