The Archway Under the Manhattan Bridge is a public plaza in DUMBO, Brooklyn. It’s on Water St between Anchorage Place and Adams St.

THE HEADLINER | AT 6:30PM. Avenida B is a classic salsa dura band committed to playing salsa music with the dance community in mind. With its roots in the Lower East Side, this new group has an old soul, committed to unearthing and reviving the old school salsa sound and timeless swing that truly makes audiences want to get up and dance. Through its unique repertoire and attention to details such as song speed, duration and structure, the band hopes to reconnect dancers and musicians in a meaningful way that reflects both the dancer's experience and the band’s love for the genre of music that they call salsa dura. Avenida B is led by bandleader David Frankel and was formed in 2011.
THE OPENER, FOR KIDS AND KIDS-AT-HEART | AT 5:30PM. Puppetsburg does interactive, contemporary puppet shows with artisanal, handmade puppets for children ages 4 months to 5 years old at various locations across Brooklyn and Manhattan. The 45 minute shows involve dancing, instruments, dress-up "photo-ops," and bubble time, followed by a puppet story. Regularly exploring concepts like counting, simple vocabulary, hygiene, and hipster culture, Puppetsburg features “celebri-puppet” guests in a unique show that is entertaining for infants, toddle
