Due to the overwhelming success of Damien's previous lecture, we have added an encore! As a part of our "Cultural Icons" series, Curated by RMC is proud to present "An Evening with Damien Echols".
Event Details
This event will take place at House of Wax Bar from 7:30pm-9:30 pm. It will include a full lecture with Damien Echols followed by a Q&A.
Damien Echols is an artist and New York Times bestselling author of "Life after Death". In 2018, he published his first book on ceremonial magick: "High Magick, A Guide to the Spiritual Practices that Saved My Life on Death Row". He has been a practitioner of ceremonial Magick for over 20 years and leads classes on Magick across the country. He spent over 18 years on death row in Arkansas for a crime he didn't commit before gaining his freedom in 2011. Upon release he, along with Peter Jackson produced the documentary film "West of Memphis" which chronicled his legal battle. During his time in prison he was ordained into the Rinzai Zen tradition of Japanese Budhism. He lives in New York with his wife and three cats.
We ask that guests arrive to House of Wax 20 minutes prior to the event's start.

When I get to the City Point building, where is "House of Wax" Located?
When you arrive to 445 West Albee Square, enter building and you may take either the escalator or elevator the 4th floor. House of Wax is located in the lobby of the Alamo Drafthouse.
